Portable air purifier for outdoor exercise with allergic asthma
In addition to the two powered respirator cartridges, it also has a

charcoal
scrubber (the big can in the picture) -- for the ozone in the air, and to remove the additional smells that powered respirators themselves introduce (quite ironic).

Outdoor symptoms: daily patterns in ozone
My defenses are Xolair, steroid inhalers, the rescue inhaler, rescue steroids, an FFP2 mask (if particulates are the problem), a full respirator (when ozone or smells are a problem), staying indoors, exercising indoors, and my "safe space" in the filtered-air tent (HEPA+
activated
charcoal
).

I would welcome any comments or advice on these results and on the process of switching from levothyroxine to NDT. Thank you! Hypothyroidism I have been taking levothyroxin 100 mg for over 30 years since my early 40s. (This is my only medication. Otherwise I keep healthy with yoga, regular exercise

Does this sound like Hashimoto's please?
Hello, My thyroid has been under suspicion for many years but I cannot seem to get any answers. Postnatally, (four months after giving birth), some fifteen years ago, my TSH was tested and was 12.6. Nothing was done about this. ( I have only just seen this on my NHS app). Fast forward to eight years

Preparing for GP appt
Hello I have a GP appointment in a few weeks to discuss blood tests results and symptoms (tiredness, weight gain, low mood, pins and needles). Based on what I've read on this forum, it sounds like these symptoms and results could be indicative of hypothyroid, but because TSH is within range I'm unlikely

What happens after the liver referral?
The blob on hubbys kidney has disappeared which means that he has been referred to Birmingham QE to see a heptologist. Today we received an outpatient app to go on Feb 6th. I’m assuming that this isn’t the TPA so is this so that they can meet him and go over what he’s been happening so far that brought

Results guidance please
Hello, Please could I ask for some advice on my recent blood test results? I’m on a journey to understanding the link between thyroid function and repeated miscarriages (I’ve put more details in my bio section). These were my results from December 2023 (from blue horizon). I spoke to a private endocrinologist

My only symptom is tinnitus. I have no fatigue or neurological complaints otherwise at present although i have had lots of fatigue
