the other day which I never find very exerting only to find on my Apple Watch that my heart rate went up to 156 bpm !!!! Since this time I am very nervous about any exertion !! Should I be worried or is the apple watch unreliable ?? Any thoughts appreciated Thank you

normality after PMR diagnosis
I was diagnosed with above at Christmas and am now on 20mg steroids a day and trying to get back to doing all the activities I usually enjoy like golf, aqua

Abdominal exercises
Ive been doing leg lifts during my
aerobics
workout at home like we were shown in cardio rehab class and i can feel some benefit from those, but i wonder if theres any others i can do that arent going to end up crippling me. Thanks Steve

I actually put it in my phone calendar that I have water
aerobics
every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. Make it as important as any other event on your calendars. We all deserve to take of ourselves mentally as well as physically. We have to believe that we matter enough to take that time to do so.

Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday off. Gym Friday. Then take my dog for long walks at the weekend. Last year. None of this was possible. Wouldn't even thought of walking to my slimming world group just 5 mins away. After all. Isn't that what a car is for. Now I walk most places.

I do not suggest that YOU run 4 miles around the block or spend umpteen hours in

classes. I am saying move your body. Find something that YOU can do and do it. Keep at it, just plod along, and MOVE your body. There is something that YOU can do. Royce

before I became hyper (graves) i was a gym bunny had a trainer and trained 4 times a week with

, gym ball and weights, of course I got a sweat up and anyone who sweats through exercise knows it will smell a bit, even when I had to stop all gym exercise due to hyperthyroidism I still sweated due

Doctor stated if I wasn’t doing yoga and

realising I was breathless etc they would never have taken notice because of the weight gain which is part of the symptom. it explains to me a lot over the years.

We like to use youtube videos for

, with the TV sound turned off. Doing it with my wife to our choice of music makes it fun. We are losing weight and in the best shape we have been in many years.
