Ketamine vs TMS
Has anyone ever had both TMS AND esketamine (not at the same time) and can you relate which you responded to better? I am currently over halfway through a course of TMS and don't see much improvement.

Ketamine infusion for RLS
Hi, I just learned from the internet (Google search for Ketamine) that Ketamine infusion decreases overall activity of NMDA in the brain which in turn decreases symptoms of RLS. There are several patients have responded to the Ketamine infusion treatments in the clinic and resumed take it continually

I am posting this in the hope that it helps in forming your own response and if you agree with some of them, including them in your own response might help them pay more attention to them. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Living with anxiety & depression
Hi all- I've been struggling with anxiety & depression most of my adult life. I feel like the older I get, the worse it gets. At the same time, I'm sort of resigned to it in a way. I have the kind of depression that makes it hard to get out of bed each day. Like I could sleep all day. Like I often

Finding the Right Treatment
I have been really depressed for the last two years. I have been diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. I have tried 10 different medications, I do weekly therapy, see a psychiatric NP and I have finally resorted to ECT until my insurance company stopped paying for anesthesia. I can't afford

lidocaine infusion didn’t work - I feel so down, what should I do?
I have severe chronic pain, and I’ve tried lots of medicines (nortriptyline, amitryptyline, co-codamol, codeine, tramadol, tapentadol), I’m currently on gabapentin 400mg x 3 times a day. But still in SO much pain. So I went to a private doc who suggested lidocaine infusions. I had my first infusion

Buprenorphine and antidepressants
I have had RLS for 50 years and depression right along with it. Wellbutrin has worked well, but I still get periods of severe depression on it. Since discontinuing the Pramipexole 3 months ago, the depression has been very severe. Not sure if was stopping the Pramipexole or starting the Bup. has anyone

Why is this so hard, someone to talk to
Hi everyone. I had treatment resistant depression for my entire adult life, I've been on pretty much every med, hospitalized, ECT tms and ketamine. Nothings helped. I've gone the DBT and cbt route. I've been suicidal. Can anyone out there relate? I'm married with a 13 year old which makes it harder.

Daily Anxiety and Depression
I have long had GAD and more recently have been diagnosed with depression. The last two years have been hell. I find that I am anxious every second of every day, especially at work. On the weekends, I find it hard to leave my house or to get any household tasks done. I mostly lie on the couch with

Ketamine infusion
Hi, I'm wondering had anyone had a Ketamine Infusion for chronic pain? And if so, did it affect you in any way and did you get relief from it? I'm due one tmrw. Pain doc previously told me that it "messes with your head". I've had lignocaine infusions, the highest dose only lasted a week and a half unfortunately

anyone have same experiences?
Yesterday I was very low. Lower than normal. I’m currently taking Lamictal XR 200mg once daily. I believe it’s probably more for bi-polar mood stabilizing than depression. I had some ketamine treatments at the beginning of the year which had some success, but they are very expensive. I have a virtual
