Magnesium Taurate side effects.
I have taken Magnesium Taurate for year’s, firstly Cardiovascular Research combined and then Magnesium Bisglycinate and taurine separately (due to costs and needing a mortgage to buy the combined). Has anyone taken the Magnesium Taurate from Ethical Nutrition? If so did you notice any side effects?

Hashimotos for Sixteen Years, Realizing I Know Next to Nothing
This is a long story, and as with so much in this "we have too much info" age, I'm probably over-responding, but, I was recently blindsided by a new health condition, and I don't fancy having it happen again if there are cues available. I've had hypothyroidism/Hashimotos for 16-17 years, at least based

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
I've been taking quite an array of vitamins and minerals daily. Actually 7 in number, vitamin C, B, D3, K2, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year). Over the last few months all the joints in my body had been getting sore to the point where they really hurt, especially when I had

Updated my Stack (what's in your stack?)
So I updated my stack. What's in your stack? Does it seem to be helping? Success Stories are Welcome.
About 6 weeks ago I cut Methylene Blue out of my stack. My tongue was getting really sore for a long time so I stopped. I don't think this is a side effect of MB, but it has been 6 weeks and

Vital Role of B12 and Folate

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
I think RLS can have several triggers, as well as several things that help. Sometimes it changes and what worked often does not neccessarily work each time. It may work again, but in the meantime, you need something else. Certainly avoiding foods or substances that bother and trigger the RLS, is a

What's the best Magnesium supplement for Thyroid?
I've tried a few but for the past few years I've concentrated on Magnesium taurine which is supposed to be heart centric, for my afib. It hasn't made a difference and the capsules give me heartburn so I want to switch back to a thyroid focussed magnesium. What do people prefer?

HF- Taurine miracle
I recently attended health Forum where researchers from Melbourne University and Victoria University attended..they have been running research in collaboration to see if taurine helps with artheclorosis and patients with HF . Tested on animals and seen significant improvement after taurine supplements

My Efforts to Educate the Scientific Community

Supplements to reduce glutamate
I was inspired by Widebody's comments on taurine and glycine to look into supplements that reduce glutamate. I found the following on an autism website that I cannot vouch for, but here is the list: (those of us taking gabapentin, pregabalin, horizont are taking medicine that is reducing brain glutamate

Arginine and Taurine
Has anyone here had success with Arginine/Taurine/Magnesium? My Naturopath is willing to have me try but I am wondering if anyone has any firsthand knowledge out there of how long it takes to see results or not? Thanks!

Personal Sleep PR
This is the first time I have passed 8 hours of sleep in the almost 8 years of keeping track. I usually score 80 or 81. 89 is an all time record for me. So what happened. First off, I could feel my RLS earlier in the evening. Little things were beginning to trigger my RLS, nothing strong but

Taurine Supplementation
Does anyone take taurine as a supplement? One of the things that it can be used for his weight loss and can be helpful in fat metabolism. Just a thought.
