Candesartan diarrhea side effect ?
My doctor prescribed 8 mg of Candesartan/
Atacand
and if necessary I will raise the dose to 16mg. Coincidence or not, on the second dose I started having diarrhea that lasted all day. All kinds of noises come from the intestine and stomach as if I am a cauldron...

Fluctuating High Blood Pressure
I've had hypertension 140-150-160/90 for a while and I received treatment (
Atacand
16mg)from a cardiologist, but I have the impression that the medicine interacts with my hormone level, as if it puts me in a hypo state.

LISINOPRIL AND AFIB
ACE inhibitors include drugs like lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril), ramipril (Altace), enalapril (Vasotec) and captopril (Capoten), while some examples of ARBs are losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), candesartan (
Atacand
) and telmisartan (Micardis).

Mildly increased LVEDV and Atacand prescription
My BP is fine (115/65) but my cardiologist has recommended I start taking
Atacand
at a low dosage to decrease my LV volume to within normal limits. Does anyone else have any similar experiences or advice? Thanks in advance!

Lab Results After Changing to NDT
I take no supplements but am on
Atacand
for high blood pressure and have just been informed that my Chloesterol and LDL are high (no treatment yet). My temperature in the morning and afternoon is still on the cold side but I am generally feeling well, even sometimes wanting to dance on the spot!

only concern is that on my last visit with Cardiologist heart beat slightly up and he wants to see me in six rather than 12 months The only other question that I have if anyone has any thoughts on pradaxa and
atacand
as the better blocker which I am taking
