With the combined pain relief of Chiro and
co
-
codamol
the pain was manageable and adding a deep tissue massage every few weeks into the mix i feel a lot better. I wont lie and tell you i have no pain or stiffness because i do. I still have flare ups but they are easier to manage.

Pain control is there any?
I was on morphine 220mg x twice daily, plus
Co
-
codamol
30/500mg x 8 daily, 20mg x 2 Amitriptyline also, and the pain still broke through. I do not think there a medication, nor exercise jointly that keeps the pain under control. Even cognitive behaviour treatment didn't help.

As I was only on "normal" painkillers ( 8 x 30/500
Co
-
codamol
) and Amytriptilene and Duloxetine, I was quite able to work. Plus, I could get on and off the toilet on my own and don't wet/soil myself and can still iron clothes.

Asthma ... and painkillers, whats best???? Any ideas???
Hi I’m after some advice please. I currently take co-dydramol 10mg/500mg as pain relief and I’ve been taking co-codomol or similar for about 3 years now but I’m finding the affect on my asthma is getting much worse and causing problems, these aren’t strong enough either but the stronger they are

One lap, 1/2 a hormone treatment and endo fights back
So after being diagnosed and treated in November last year i had a small gap before starting my hormone treatment and i would definitely say that these were the best few weeks for a long time in my life, pain free i could eat what i want, it was like i was a new person!! I started my hormone treatment

Do pain killers make the pain completely go away?
I currently take
Co
-
codamol
30/500mg, but all it does is make me feel a bit woozy but the pain levels are exactly the same. If I went onto a stronger painkiller such as tramadol will that make the pain go away, or do stronger pain killers just work by making you drowsy and sleepy?

Hi I'm newish on here
I also take
co
codamol
the highest dose, Meloxicam & amytriptiline for pain. Over Christmas I had a virus which dragged me down & the drugs weren't as effective. I saw him again last night as I;ve been feeling really rough.

Back pain
It's not too bad when I'm walking around but it is very painful when I'm sat & even kept me awake last night even though I take
co
-
codamol
regularly. My hip is now spasming as well. I've been told that my potassium levels are raised & am not sure why.
