• Free inspections every three years, particularly of your circuit board (fuse box), to make sure that no circuit breakers are overheating, bringing the potentiality of explosion, fire, or serious electrical shocks to household members. We want to catch and repair minor problems before they become major problems. Ditto for failing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - we will test them for free every 3 years.
